The company was upbeat in the conference call previous time, too. The question: testing the field, is there support for this attitude? I posted the latest flue report (re-write @ #reply-16969113), which should be counted when trying to predict sss for this month. This past Dec. was a 4-week month vs. a 5-week previous year, so putting them side-by-side they have made progess last month. This time they are coming off a strong two-month run from last year (Jan + Feb, 2001), would they be able to surpass 8%?

(Civil suit is temporary may dictate the price of stock on a day-by-day basis as settlment is announced, while SSS on a 2-week basis. As a position trader who may end up holding for months, my priority is sss.)

BTW, about the settlement, I now believe 30M shares will be given with the rest in cash and notes. I'm no insider and can always be wrong.
