I agree David--80% of options expire worthless--so if you have the capital and TA is favorable--selling puts on stocks you would like to own can work out well. Often I will buy half a position and sell both the puts and calls on a desired stock with rich premium.

Those are fine charts you have posted--but keep in mind one of the few Elliott immutable rules--that third waves can never be the shortest.
