John,, you are correct,, that Mikey is giving away tons of cash...no big deal-- easy come easy go... especially when trying to relieve guilt and there is so much there is little else that can be done with it. There is a little difference if my old memory is a bit clear. Mikey was just taking by making his own market and allowing dummies to keep giving him cash. Lay was telling people nothing was wrong while making his own market. I think Lay added lies to the formula. Still,,,,, many fools kept giving him $$$ while others were telling them to diversify. Lays fools are bigger fools than Mikeys IMO. The lies may have helped but the greed was a huge factor buy all involved.

I agree. Those fraudsters should get a good long sentence and the money (as much as there is) should be returned (without lawyers touching it). Fat chance.
