ADRX looks like it could suffer woe if this "sell" recommendation becomes widely read.Here are excerpts of the recommendation.

Andrx: Is Wall Street
Blinded by Love?" In virtually a parallel tale of woe, this drug maker also
received glowing reports from the majority of Wall Street analysts who covered
the firm. According to the article, "of the 18 analysts who follow the company,
a few have qualms about the stock's valuation. Only Sterling is outright
negative and has put a rare `sell' rating on the stock." Some of the reasons
cited by Sterling include; "near earnings decline, a high relative valuation and
a reliance on acquisitions for growth." Sterling concluded by saying, "A past
history of insider selling does not help share price strength either.
