I personally would rather use the spin that Gore would have managed the attacks well and he and company would have had their eyes open and also been promoting peace in the mideast which may have prevented them as opposed to stirring the pot more with their eyes closed vs the rights position that the attacks were Clinton's fault and thank God we had Bush to handle it.
