Let me repeat myself.

And this is completely true. As I said, throughput, which is the product of latency and bandwidth, is important. Therefore, you cannot argue that latency is better than bandwidth, because they are both important - only that getting more bandwidth is easier than decreasing latency. Maybe you should take a remedial CPU class at PCC to refresh your knowledge of how these things work.
