Not to mention the Israeli's successfully created rain. Or rather motivated the clouds to drop rain where they would have just passed. They did this by planting trees. Watered the trees by drip water systems. The trees have actually caused clouds to drop rain where they wouldn't have before. They have a documented increase in rainfall now.
