Smart, I am looking more carefully at DEBT to EQUITY and likely avoid most companies over .4. BTW - look at Calpine and TYC

As we mentioned this weekend, even companies that aren't in bad shape debt or accounting-wise can become a target of vicious rumors if there DTE is a little, or lot, on the high side. TYC's is 1.67 which is probably why the stock was such an effective target of rumors.
