kappeltunnel4: Did you read what you posted? That article is an old rehash of the Mercury News article that we have been discussing. But thank you for sharing.

Texas Instruments (TXN: news, chart, profile) - which is slated to report its quarterly later - was trading around $28, up from a $27.45 close, dealers at Madoff Securities said. The stock was upped by Credit Suisse First Boston to a "buy" with analysts telling clients overnight "we believe the company will see a bottom either in reported fourth quarter results or in the first quarter of 2002, as macro conditions look to improve."................this and Intel will lead the way out.
