I think you may be misunderstanding me. I am not saying that I have seen reports that a bulk Si .13µm version ClawHammer would be made in volume, just that they would do it as part of the development (since the SOI process just isn't ready). Were AMD's SOI process to fall flat on its face, things could change, of course - but that is not what I was speculating.

As for links… none of the reports I have seen are much above the "rumor stage" - certainly nothing official: various message boards and sites like xbitlabs. There were also earlier reports on e.g. RWT, but that was quite a while ago and likely at a time when it was assumed that Hammer would debut earlier, possibly even on .18µm.
