zone diet rating - 4.5 stars (96% recommended)... epinions.com atkins diet rating 3 stars (57% recommended)... epinions.com yeah, sears is an idiot for one size fits all - he pissed off 4% of the reviewers. atkins tailors his diet to individuals (-lol-) and pisses of 1000% more people, percentage wise. who's the idiot? ;-) btw, there were nearly 9 times the reviewers for atkins than for the zone. hmmm... STRONG indication atkins is much more popular than the zone... yet there are NO peak level athletes on atkins anywhere to match up against the gold medal zone winners! guess i must have not seen your post saying atkins was GREAT for EVERYONE except... A WHOLE LOTTA PEOPLE! -rotflmao- this diet works for some people. however, your belief that it is THE way to eat is whack. wrt the zone being rigid - more ignorance, craig style. the zone is tweakable and dr sears will tell you tweaks are fine as long as it works for you.
