Yeah.. IM watching.. I dont like TYC however (well, I like it as a short that is)

I think part of what they are doing is an attempt to 'make things right' with their books and I think that the time has come for a realty check.. Tyco has been a favorite of institutions for years and alot of very well known short sellers attack them over the last few years about their accounting and the institutions were there to support the stock.. In light on Enron, I think those institutions are using this opportunity to dump and I easily see TYC 10 points cheaper in the near future..

Only reason IM not short right now is because the company is alot like CNC in the sense that they manage their stock price more than their company : )
