Wow, VXN dropping to new lows here.

I have been waiting for a second leg up to go with the rally of the 23rd. I was looking at this move off the Friday open as just part of the consolidation before that next leg up but now I am wondering if we have been in that next push since that low. Looks that way in the SOX.

Wouldn't that VXN reading imply a breakout to the downside, and thus be bullish for the Naz? Ya, that's what I thought.

SOXX rocks, but GE and the BTK and BKX are not agreeing. Interesting times, as always.
