Dear Thread: Why hasn't anyone mentioned the fact that the Athlon XP 1500+ announced today is the fastest mobile CPU in use today? It is not a server unless, you leave it plugged in and connected to some network (OK, it could be serving a wireless network but, how many of those have you seen running and being called a server simultaneously). I don't see any Intel mobile 1.3GHz CPUs being sold in notebooks, much less, 1.5GHz ones. Face it, AMD AXP is at the top of the performance laptop hill (heap)! There should be cheering, fan fare and champainge bottles popping. All I hear is whimpering (mostly from Intel boosters). Pete
