As long as the two keep tracking upward I don't really care. LOL.

Send the snow our way as we have had none. Of course ski Iowa is not really our motto.

Enjoy your time off. Remember on snow with front wheel drive use the gas instead of the brake. It will help you drive into the ditch faster. LOL.

Ken, looking over DFIB's filings, including the S3 and the ammended S3, the overhand from the private placement is completed. There were 19 million shares sold at
a 20% discount to the avg. closing price (sold at slightly over $3/share.

There were also 6 million shares sold at just over $2/share associated with the Survivalink acquisition. A new overhang is coming up when six million more Survivalink shares will be available on March 26th. I don't know the price of these shares, but a six million share overhang won't be too bad if DFIB demonstrates sales growth in their next earnings report. Another kicker could be an OEM agreement or FDA approval for expanded use of their software.
