That's a PriceWatch error. The processor clearly isn't a Northwood, as it is equipped with 256kB L2 cache (and not 512kB). The 2.0 and 2.2GHz versions clearly state 512kB L2 cache.

Apparently you are missing my point.

I'm loathe to continue this discussion as it seems to be leading nowhere. I still think you are reading too much into Elmer's words and making much more of this matter than it deserves.

Do you think that AMD is making many and shipping few? Unless AMD is demand limited. they are shipping what they make.
