Warp, I've had the same thought about both Olympics. Kind of ridiculous, really. They ought to limit the summer o's to the traditional Greek track and field events, plus martial type events (boxing, wrestling, hokay, judo and karate), swimming and diving and crew races. Get rid of basketball, soccer, baseball, badminton, checkers, dominos and all the rest they've added. The goofy stuff they do in the winter o's look like tricks circus performers used to do in clown suits. Gimme a break. In trying to make it current and, er, relevant, they've made it un- and ir-. Kb
