I am not so sure of that. I have worked in organizations too, and know the devastating effect of a delay of a key spare part. The link I supplied showed a whole cross section of holds on such supplies.

Anyhow, I feel I have communicated the information as best I can.

I am glad Bush is working on the Iraq problem. Unfortunately the peaceful intentions of the West has been mis used by Saddamn once again.

Looking forward to what Bush has to say too. I am sure Bush has a mandate to do with Saddamn and Co whatever he feels fit.
