many complaints about the medical system

Well, if it's of any interest, our public health system is falling apart here. Massive amounts of cash get put into the NHS, yet the queues for operations are continually getting longer. People are even paying cash to go over to France to have operations done there.

I don't know where all the funds are being soaked up, but the standard of care is going down, while the financial crises keep going up relentlessly.
