RSAS UPDATE: Just reviewed their guidance. It's good and potentially an upgrade - 25 to 33 cents/share eps versus consensus of 27 cents. The range takes into account a full year weak economy vs. a strongly improving one. Stock was $18+ before earnings so the drop is clearly mostly due to the SEC thing, which is apparently is about the least serious matter possible (i.e. it does not involve any material effects and is related mostly to the lack of a PR, even though the filing announced the small accounting change).

I think the 35% drop is overdone and the technicals are showing increased momentum, money flow, and OBV as we speak.
