I think Dow theory calls for a higher high, which is why it's so worthless. That'd be 11,301, I believe. -g- If we set a new low, that would drop to 10,300 (and so on. and so on. -g-). Richard Russell is bearish, as I think he has been since late 1999.

I think the Trannies are probably due to the truckers - I guess they may be benefiting from the new security focus. Just a thought; haven't been following them.

Got consumer confidence tomorrow at 10, GDP and Fed Wednesday, I believe. Not sure when the market will turn, but I think another 5%-10% down is a given. JMHO...
