Jim,

<< I (personally) do not believe that such a large P3 could have phenomenal results without some "leakage" ->>

The fact that these studies were done over so many centers makes it much more difficult for any one group to truly know the results. In any one group there may only be 8-10 participants of which only 4-5 are getting WF10. No research trial participant is going to stick there necks out and draw any conclusions from such a small sample size.

As far as "large P3 studies" go, while this sample is fine for HIV trials, in fact the sample size for P3 trials in general is actually very small. Many P3s are in the many thousands of participants.

Finally, I think most people are looking to the big pharmas for the next HIV breakthrough -- nobody will pay any attention to WF10 and companies like DMX until the the FDA (or similar) gives their research the stamp of approval.

Hi Jim

The assumption here is that Rebecca and the BOD are making intelligent, rational decisions. If that premise is correct (let it be!), then the inference that WF10 looks good is also correct.

There can only be two kinds of response from RK and BOD. 1. Intelligent, rational and I'll add truthful.
2. or other than, ie sneakly, irrational and deceptive

I believe you were first here to mention Enron and another poster with IMCL. For RK and BOD to be any other than #1, then there's OSC scrutiny, investor scrutiny, class action lawsuits (look at IMCL), shadows leading to government and killings (see Enron), jail time, ... that awaits. Not too much to hope for when choosing and treading that path. Life would be miserable.

Hi Jim,

oops missed a second thought.

"non-event" <gg>

The big news with Q2 is that there were no sales recorded in Q2. I speculate that the Q2 bad news was released late in order to support the 3 banditos who were doing good business until the stock price dropped below $5.25. A price point I thought that TK would support. Doah!

Wolf is busy at updating the cash burn spreadsheet with the latest 2Q.

I wished they'd released the bad news earlier. Like "write off" the books, price discount earlier and start fresh.

Unless of course, they are setting up for more:

"wait for news" ar! ar!! ar!!!
