They are not "token" they are elected Arab Knesset members, you could claim that Tarif, the recently departed Muslim member of the "Government" (a Minister), was token, and since he was forced out due to a scandal (selling "citizenship papers", apparently), there are no longer Muslims in the actual government. In the future, there probably will be, just as we had a catholic president, and one day, we might even have either a black or even a black Muslim president. Israel is a democracy for all its citizens, all have the right of free speech, limited as here, to any speech that does not incite to the destruction of the state (during McCarty, we did not have even as much freedom).

Something like 95% of the land in Israel is not sellable or leasable to non-Jews. And trying to get a building permit is next to impossible for a non-Jew. And without a building permit, the bulldozers are always right around the corner, bringing peace to all.
