i thought it was a great book. among my favorite science fiction reads last year.
Greene seems to be quite the rock star. photo op in the latest issue of Fortune--expensive black leather jacket with matching pants and shooz that look to be eyetalian. he is a much better dresser than Einstein was.

c2:

Somewhere, in one of those parallel nth dimensional universes, CDMA is ubiquitous, GSM long ago was obsoleted and Euroland capitulated, Nokia makes only billions of colorful plastic cases, Pegaso and Vesper have taken over LA and returned Qualcomm's investment many times over, China/India have 3 billion CDMA subs, AT&T, Cingular and Voicestream have been bought out by LEAP Wireless, Qualcom's CAGR has been running 100%+ for 5 years, Mucho's cautious projections are a laughing stock, QCOM's stock has done another set of 8:1 splits and is still trading at $200+, and my pile of QCOM shares has made me as wealthy as Margin Mike.

Now, anyone point me in the direction of the nearest wormhole?
