What I was referring to was an actual report on the holdings of the Tice Prudent Bear Fund, as of 9/30/01...At that point in time, they had 500 TYCO Oct 01 Puts but were not actually short the shares - as indicated by none being listed under the extensive list of Securities sold short. Of course, since that was 4 months ago, I have no way of knowing the current position. Here's the filing: freeedgar.com
