SOXX seems to me to be outperforming off the bottom today. Those semis are MONSTERS, I tell ya. In the next two days, we've got Bush speaking for his first State of the Union, we've got the FOMC, and we've got the GDP announcement. Conspiracy theorists would think that the PPT, if it exists, would be keeping the market from declining before the Bush speech. <g> the freep

Chasing the golden goose of opportunity (g, ng). Should have official announcement here soon...pretty amazing flurry of activity in last 2 weeks, and it'll be a tough choice...hopefully that I'LL get to make ng I sure would love a brother leg to go with last week's bounce (in order to get positioned)..which likely means I won't get it..

I feel your feelings but something is keeping me from long here, most likely just the crap volume. NDX has retraced exactly 50% of the initial swoon today.
