TXN upgraded by CSFB from hold to buy (very bullish) and eod buy imbalance of 83100 shares. Seems everyone is betting on TXN earnings. I can't figure out what the options buyers see, we shall find out after hours.

Dave and all, here is the question.

The 8th firm just jumped on the class action band wagon on CHEZ because they are answering questions and in the name of "protecting us investors". Unfortunately I got stock with a few shares when it was halted.

Is it possible to have a class action suit against all those lawyer firms who will do more damage to us than help us as they are only helping themselves. It is really a racket to gang up on a firm and wipe it out, if nothing else than legal fees. AREM was jilted 91% when it opened, tell me how well the lawyers helped the people holding AREM? What a travesty of justice?
