Yep. You don't just sell 100 mil of insider stock and suddenly you're penniless. The entire fucking STRUCTURE of enron was hidden offshort accounts- last time I read there were over 900, most of which were probably created by Lay himself. What kind of idiot would believe for a second that this guy hasn't stashed his winnings offshore? He reminds me of a billionaire being sued in a divorce who claims he doesn't have two nickels to rub together. LOL. At this point, Lay has nothing to lose, so he might as well keep lying. Taking a play book from Clinton: deny everything. ----------------- NOT! They have everything to gain (including those juicy offshore accounts) by going BK, leaving the crumbs to their creditors/litigants and saving the goodies for themselves!
