RFMD and TQNT could be poised on good NOK news. We'll see. Obviously RFMD is a higher quality stock than TQNT, but both could move, as TQNT has dropped percentage-wise more, I believe. I don't own TQNT yet, but own RFMD.

They both need a favorable market, of course, and quite frankly I wouldn't mind seeing RFMD much lower, too, if for some reason the Market tanks a bit. Not sure we'll see that though.
