I agree that the right to free speech has limits. I suspect that everyone draws the line in a different place. Obviously I recognize it as hate speech, but I have seen examples of generalizations about muslims, homosexuals and yes, even liberals, that is in much the same vein, that many would never flinch at. I didn't find what she wrote to be threatening, libelous or stated in such a way that would incite others to act on the hatred. It was simply bigoted excrement, IMO.

I like it when a bigot puts up a big neon sign making their personal declaration. Much better to have them out in the open rather than in the closet stewing in their hatred and then acting on that hatred.
