Shad, Nice to hear from ya. Been awhile. Now about this here Nature article. I've yet to reach the conclusion that it was totally tongue-in-cheek; reserving the right to assert that the author Philip Ball-and-Chain may in fact be suffering from William's Syndrome, or possibly acute boredom. I would comment that it was a fetching image of my hero Ferdinand in behind the cowflop, and I was very entertained that Ball would bring up physicists and free markets. It brings tears to my eyes to recall what a virulent and violent combination this was when combined in the irrepresible money machine creation called Long Term Capital (an oxymoron if ever there was one). Of course, I'm fearful of wealth creation in socialist countries and that's why I watch North Korea so closely. You should too. It is a hot bed of wealth creation. Re: There. I feel so much better. Now I think I'll go outside and scream a few verses of God Bless America. There, there, dear friend. My gentle counsel for you is to supercede the dated "God Bless America" and join with us in the chorus at the unemployment lines, the homeless shelters and on our beggar's placards throughout the nation: "God Help America, and Buddy can you spare Linda Lay a dime?"
