There is too much of a temptation to be optimistic. AMD already is optimistic with their new mobile Athlon, which has an equal rating to their desktop part, even though the desktop part is faster. You can expect this trend to continue, as AMD will be unable to resist adjusting their model numbers to be "competitive" with Intel. Hammer may change this next year when it is launched - as long as the model numbering system isn't debunked before that time. wbmw
