Kudlow is NOT a friend of Ken Lays...

He and Jim Cramer have a new TV program on CNBC called 'America Now' and recently they have devoted A LOT of air-time to The Enron Outrage...Kudlow is in favor of aggressive investigations, BIG FINES, and prison time for the top Enron and Andersen execs. They have a wide range of folks who provide input on their show (such as former SEC chiefs, Congressman Dingel, Newsweek's Jonathan Alter)....Even though Kudlow is quite conservative he feels The Enron Outrage will not die down soon and the integrity of our financial markets is at stake. In fact, the other night he claimed he wanted the SEC to have bigger budgets and more authority to do their job well...The hearings and investigations should be interesting...stay tuned.

Regards,

Scott
