I haven't heard any news; but IDCO had a long (6-week) base leading to a likely retest of the 15.10 high and the next stairstep up to 16 or so.

A post on Yahoo points out that earnings are in a couple weeks which means the two week (is this always the case?) black out period starts soon. Maybe it's a good sign of insider buying.
