LOL- If you've been short this market for more than a couple of weeks- there's not much to be cocky about. <g>

I like playing bear too- but you gotta change with the times- and playing bear is only successful for probably 1/2 the amount of time playing bull is. On the overall market, that is.

Some folks, like Earlie, can have pretty good success just waiting in the bushes and picking off the weak out of the pack, no matter what the overall market is doing- there will always be good targets to short. It's just going to be easier to go with the flow of the stream, IMO.

When the A/D line is rising- I try and go long the strong companies. When the A/D is falling- short the weak..
