Sergio, You caught the highlights. There are only 2M shares outstanding and a float of 600K. They are selling their brand name shoe and will collect royalties of up to a million dollars a year for the next 3 years. The two brands they are keeping are growing quickly and they are going to concentrate on these two. Should do over $30M in sales this year on just these two brands and growth over 25% for next year.They earned .49 last quarter and this quarter that just ended is usually the strongest of the year. Selling in the 5's you have to wonder where the price could go? It is a very low volume trader although recently it has really picked up. Joe

Shelf registration aside, picked up a few shares of CPHD @ 3.04..A gamble..hoping bush pushes home security in his address..;^)DD
