Jay, yes, I saw that Hutchison Whampoa was continuing their imperialist takeover of the West with Global Crossing next on the list. I guess I'd better polish up my Mandarin. Meanwhile, I'm drooling over Global Crossing debt [when I heard of the bankruptcy] - but maybe there won't be any available and Hutchison is going to scoop the lot. Oh well, Globalstar notes have doubled from my buy price and my share of the assets is little different from the good old days and might be more [depending on the deals offered to new money]. Mqurice
