There was a report on the evening news in re: 5.6% (memory) increase in new housing salse in December. That should run the builders for a few more days. KB, I lost a big chunk shorting these suckers in Nov/Dec, (although 1/3 of what I would have had I not been trading in/out) I want it back...but patience is the byword here, I think. I think there may be a few 'runs' left in these before sanity returns, they are in pure MoMo mode, and news is king, and current news is positive... But, I'm watching closely, too! Cosmo
