Tell me one Federal program you are willing to sacrifice to pay off the national debt.
That's an easy one, but it's beside the point. The way to pay off the debt is not to take a meat ax approach and hack at this sacred cow or that. That's a recipe for partisan pork rescue missions. The way to pay the debt is to adopt a pay as you go philosophy. Bring revenue (chiefly taxes) and expenses to the same balance and generally it is easier to both raise taxes some and cut spending some instead of adoping one approach or the other. It is the overall resulting balance that should be at the heart of each administration's policies.

PS I would cut tobacco price support programs in a heartbeat.
