Obviously, I disagree. I think true punishment for the poor came, for example, from Lyndon Johnson's great society. The less fortunate, for instance, would be still less fortunate than now, if all the wealthy computer era kingpins never developed their wares nor made a personal dime doing so. Examples are endless. The rich simply are not generally rich at the expense of the poor, they are rich from benefiting us all, and never the twain shall meet. Dan B
