Rudolph Steiner....

>>For Rudolf Steiner, Christ's Incarnation and death on Golgotha were central events in earthly and cosmic history. Humankind, he said, would evolve in time toward a spiritual awareness of Christ's presence in creation and the individual would no longer need "institutionalized" religious beliefs.

anthropress.org;

I'm a big fan of Steiner's work. My oldest sister and her husband sent all four of their kids through Waldorf. Wonderful, wonderful school!!

None of them even began picking up a book to read until they were 7-8 years of age. They all are very artistic, creative, thoughtful, musical and happy!! My two oldest nephews, Noah and Jared, recently graduated from University of Colorado with double degrees in architecture and landscape design. They are direct descendents of Frederick Law Olmsted, have won many awards and are full of amazing ideas for urban renewal and development.

I have a neice, Sarah, who, after Waldorf, shot through public high school in the Denver area in less than 3 years and is now studying art at a master school in Italy while taking leave from the University of Colorado.

My other niece, Jordan, is dead-set certain she's going to be a successful fashion designer of woman's clothing. She's in 8th grade at the Waldorf school in Denver. She helps my sister take care of their 5 appolosa horses on their 40 acre spread just south of Denver.

I'm a big fan of the methods of Maria Montessori and Rudolp Steiner. We tried to get involved in Waldorf here locally, but the school was in transition, having lost their lease, etc. So we sent our oldest son through Montessori for 5-6 years - he's now in a Catholic school which is really NOT your typical Catholic school as it has a complete Montessori program integrated into it for example.

I believe what passes for "education" in it's institutionalized forms in this would is more akin to teaching kids how to navigate the "unreality" of the Black Hole model that's a derivative of this "cult of mankind."

We need more music, song, art, laughter, creativity, freedom and flexibility. I believe what Christ said will be the operating New Paradigm - ie. "the children shall lead."
