Nope, are you? "The landscaper didnt do the work hired to do." We are to beleive that your landscaper tried to get paid for a job they didn't do, and then even went as far as to sue you to get paid for work they didn't do? Some landscaper is sueing you for work he/she didn't do, and you don't even show up to court? Maybe I should try that... just go around contracting jobs, then NOT do the work, and sue them, and hope that some of them don't show up for court. You just let them get a judgement against you? You were wondering if I was retarded? I don't need an explanation of the ramifications, they are pretty clear. Yes I was his lawyer, no I wasn't his lawyer, blah blah blah.
