We are to beleive that your landscaper tried to get paid for a job they didn't do, and then even went as far as to sue you to get paid for work they didn't do? Some landscaper is sueing you for work he/she didn't do, and you don't even show up to court? Maybe I should try that... just go around contracting jobs, then NOT do the work, and sue them, and hope that some of them don't show up for court.
