we correctly warned folks off Global Crossing, yes? And I'm thankful for the warning. Didn't even go near the debt, which was attractive. Still a great business plan and concept. The key point is that the capital-intensive infrastructure is already in place. Jay Chen has suggested that a Hong Kong tycoon (Lee Kai Shing) has or will provide interim financing.
