I recall when people here on SI bragged about finding and buying shares!!!!

Lay would not be selling if Aspen homes if he could find a way to move them to the Caymens. By the time the trials are over Lay will pay a couple million and declare personal bancrupcy. He will then just happen to always have enough cash around to live comfortably.

His only difficulty is hiding any wealth upon his death so that the scheme is not unraveled in some probate court. Now where could he find someone to agree to eliminate estate taxes?
