Did you notice that the top-end machine is a dual 1GHz number? When you consider the updates to the G4 chip itself, the fact that there are two of them, the higher clock speed, the additional L3 cache, much faster graphics with dual monitor support standard, it looks like this would be a pretty significant performance boost over what you're running now. Oh, yeah it looks nice. Actually I'm thinking about talking one of my clients into producing a promotional DVD so I can justify the cost of a higher end machine. Yeah, as I said those machines look good but $2800 bucks is a lot.
