Usually when you pretend to have something called "a justice system" you also make sure that everyone is equal under the law. And when you have "laws" you have so called "law enforcement". Now, in the SEC scam, as has been demonstrated by their gestapo actions, this is all rolled into ONE. They have acted as judge, jury and executioner. Meaning that this garbage is totally invalid and actually much worse than NO LAW ENFORCEMENT AT ALL. Read the writing on the wall. The FRAUD NUCLEAR BOMBS haven't even started going off. NOW the former head of the SEC scam can whine but where was that idiot the past several years? Where was the SEC scam in 1998-2001? Where was the SEC scam when scam artists and other criminals flocked to management positions at dot com/tech scams/semi-scams, now defunct? Where was the SEC scam? Tolerate incompetence and misuse of power - at your peril.
