I'd always believed the analogy, because it's been applied so many times in the past (radio, biotech). It tends to occur over and over again.
I don't know that avoiding BK is a "win" for MFNX overall. Certainly you don't WANT it, but now all their competitors are protected on the debt side. Still, MFNX is in much better shape than all of their competitors. Time will tell.....
