Perhaps the greatest book on this game I've ever read, even when read once a year like I try to read it. However, that passage sounds like nourishment and encouragement for chart chasers. ;)

He would probably find little of interest in a wiggle count for sure. Great book nevertheless. His bucket shop techniques are pretty interesting. It would be nice to get instant fills with no slippage.
