Ben, no.

By questionable do you mean that you have questions. Are you questioning their low debt or their extremely positive cash flow.

In general, questionable accounting practices are seen when cash flow is negative. In Elan's case, they pack away another $100MM each quarter even while they invest in their business or in partners or third parties.
