MARKET ACTION - Overall, I agree that the Market action is not good, but that can turn quickly in these manic times, especially when major news is due, like Fed easing action on Wed and State of the Union address tonight (although one would certainly expect the latter should be a postive).

There is no question the economy is doing better and consumer confidence again exceeded expectations in Jan. Valuation should be the main issue, but mostly we're negative because of TYC and other stocks with accounting or asbestos issues, IMHO. In other words, the irrational fears are outweighing the practical issues right now, at least when looking at the market as a whole.

BTW - CNBC brought up the VXN this morning. We need to watch whether it continues to get media attention because it is in negative territory.

RSAS selling volume quite low today....looks good for a rebound IF the market rebounds....
